It's okay to step back and breathe :-) And it's okay to clarify boundries - we all need space and time to breathe so breathe. We will never be able to be all things to all people - the first person you need to be in care of is you - balance this with care for others. If you deplete your personal resources there is nothing to draw from for others or yourself! So feel my arms hugging you and know that I am proud that 'we are family' :-) I also echo Jen's thoughts and question - is there anything that I can do. XXOO Tant-Tant
